Corruption to the UI in Safari when creating Repository

    Description

      When using the Create Repository view with Safari, the section headings are missing and several fields are corrupt.

      Screenshot below is using Safari Version 12.0.3 (14606.4.5), which should be acceptable according to the System Requirements, as it is the latest version.
