Clicking on the links in a repository for component/asset browse gives a 404

      Description

      1. Go to a repository URL in Nexus 3.14.0 (e.g. http://localhost:8081/repository/maven-central)
      2. Click on a link in the "Please use the component browser or asset browser to inspect the contents of this repository" message
      3. Receive a 404 message 'Path "browse/browse/components" not found'

      This is a regression, it used to work in 3.13.0 and prior.
