Allow webhooks to use the Nexus Repo SSL certificate truststore

      Description

      There is currently no way to have requests made to webhook listeners use the Nexus SSL certificate truststore.   

      The capability should be modified so that there is an option to make use of our built in truststore, so that it is not necessary to import certificates into the JVM truststore just to make a webhook function.

      Until this is implemented it will be necessary to use the workaround here for SSL webhook listeners that use untrusted certificates:
