Logging level dropdown field is not right justified

      Description

      I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I noticed that when I edit a logger the level does not fall under the level column, it appears somewhere closer to the center (and under the name column partially).  See attached.

      It was suggested this might be due to my browser size, but when I maxmized it, it actually moved MORE to the left.
