Ability to Add Custom AWS S3 Regions to Blobstore Configuration

We are using Nexus Repository Manager OSS 3.13.0-01 on a Government closed network that includes AWS Regions not available to the public. The S3 blobstore configuration does not allow for a custom AWS region configuration. You are forced to select a region from a list burned into Nexus. Is it possible to update this list to include an AWS region name of choice? If not, requesting that be a feature included as part of a future update to Nexus Repository Manager.
