The Outreach capability in Nexus 2 and Nexus 3 is currently using HTTP for the Base URL which may be blocked by customer firewall. Changing the link to HTTPS does work. We should change the default Base URL to use HTTPS.
Currently the default Base URL value is:
- The default for new installs should be https
- Current installs should not have their URL changed, https is only for new installs
- There should be a way for the user to switch between http and https (the URL in the capabilities should be editable)
Try accessing outreach via https and if that succeeds then we can change the url safely.
