Content Selectors not listed alphabetically

I noticed that on the list of "Repository" items, the order was "Blob Stores", "Cleanup Policies", "Repositories", "Content Selectors". I first assumed this was a bug and cleanup should follow content selectors but looking at every other list (Security, Support, System) they are all in alphabetical order. I believe "Content Selectors" position should be adjusted. Pre-cleanup (3.12.1) is also out of order so this is not regression.
