Weekly scheduled task runs a day early when configured in different timezone

      Description

      Customer's Nexus server is in GMT timezone. The client browser setting up the scheduled task is in EST. When they configure a task to run on Saturday at 20:00 EST it actually runs on Friday at 20:00 EST (1am GMT Saturday).

      This occurs when the run time configured for the task would occur the next day when converted to GMT eg 20:00EST Sat would be 01:00GMT Sun. When we save the date time cron setting we are recording the time correctly but not moving the day forward.
