      Description

      Create a RAW proxy to

      https://repo.saltstack.com/yum/redhat/7/x86_64/latest/

      Then try to proxy http://localhost:8081/repository/raw-proxy/SALTSTACK-GPG-KEY.pub

      Mime detection fails for this file with:

      Detected content type [text/plain], but expected [application/x-mspublisher]: SALTSTACK-GPG-KEY.pub

      The file contents are not x-mpublisher - pub is a common extension for public key files, like in this case - see attached for a copy of that file at time of reporting this issue.
