      Description

At the moment I haven't been able to find a way to use an Amazon ECR repository as a backend for a Nexus Docker proxy repository.

The main piece missing is the need to deal with ECR's specific login mechanism. AWS ECR requires the user to get the authentication token to be used as `docker login` credentials through their AWS CLI/API (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECR/latest/userguide/Registries.html#registry_auth). This token expires in 12 hours, so adding fixed Authentication headers to Nexus proxy repository configuration is not an option.

It would be great to have this use-case covered.
