add ability to display approximate on disk size of assets and components per repository

Nexus administrators need to decide how to effectively manage the disk space consumed by assets and components, per repository *because all scheduled tasks which reclaim disk space are per repository.* This assists the admin in deciding how frequently to run scheduled task cleanups, or when to provision additional disk to better manage infrastructure.

Expected:

Per repository, display on disk estimate of disk usage by assets and components.
