skipNexusStagingDeployMojo must be false in last reactor module

    Details

      Description

The documentation for skipNexusStagingDeployMojo found at https://github.com/sonatype/nexus-book/commit/962655d67094b1bf5b375adfa873d3797212a25d and https://github.com/sonatype/nexus-maven-plugins/tree/master/staging/maven-plugin#plugin-flags contains a very nasty typo.

      The documentation begins by explaining:

In multi-module builds the staging of all components is performed in the last module based on the reactor order. If this property is set to true in the module, all staging will be skipped.

So far so good. But then it advises users to:

ensure that this property evaluates as true in the last module of the reactor. If necessary, you can add a dummy module.

Notice that this last sentence should advise users to set the property to false instead of true.

On a related note: are you saying there is no way to avoid polluting Maven Central with these dummy modules? It makes projects look unprofessional when we publish these dummy modules.
