      Description

      Nexus should ship with a default set of services configured, something like

      Remove snapshots that are 30 days old
      Evict proxied artifacts after 90 days
      Purge nexus timeline (30 days)

      (these are just guesses, i really don't have any idea what the specifics should be)

      We should just include them as one more thing to make Nexus work "out of the box"
