maven central returning 404 after sync

Trying to download http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/io/engineblock/eb-api/1.0.33/eb-api-1.0.33-javadoc.jar
results in a 404, although the metadata/mirroring appears to have happened:
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/io/engineblock/eb-api/1.0.33/

I didn't know if this was a momentary issue affecting only that release, so I published a 1.0.34 version as a work-around. I'm waiting for it to sync to see if it is working again.

Is there a problem in the sonatype -> central sync that hasn't been seen yet?
