It would be very useful to have a simple user management in order to prevent unauthorized user to deploy artifacts and allow authorized users to deploy.
Once the source code becomes available, I will attempt to integrate Crowd (http://www.atlassian.com/software/crowd) into Nexus, since I'm probably going to have to do it anyway.
