With a global proxy defined, proxy is not apparently used for proxy repositories, only timeouts occur. This config was working until the jboss-repo was added and then failed to continue.
In the failure state no repos are listed in the UI as everything times out.
I'm attaching logs, and configuration info ( slightly anonymized ).
